Need of IFS MWM/PSO Consultant

Job Title – IFS MWM/PSO Consultant
Location: Remote + 1 week travel to Los Angeles, CA (Expenses Paid)
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description
We are looking for a strong IFS Field Solutions Consultant with hands-on experience in either IFS MWM (Mobile Workforce Management) or IFS PSO (Planning, Scheduling and Optimization). The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge and deep hands-on configuration experience in IFS Field Solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, support, and enhance IFS MWM and/or PSO solutions.
• Perform deep hands-on configuration based on business and field service requirements.
• Work with workforce management, field operations, scheduling, dispatch, and resource planning processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional configurations and solutions.
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and production issues.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production activities.
• Work on integrations with IFS Field Solutions and other enterprise applications.
• Provide functional guidance and support for enhancements and new implementations.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with IFS MWM or IFS PSO.
• Deep configuration experience in IFS Field Solutions.
• Experience with field service, workforce management, scheduling, planning, or dispatch processes.
• Experience in IFS implementation, configuration, support, or enhancements.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Utilities or other field-service environments is preferred.
