Data Migration & Architecture Lead (Oracle Fusion)

Location: North East England
Day rate: Highly competitive rate, outside of IR35.
Working Pattern: Full time, 5 days a week - 2/3 days on site

We're looking for an experienced Data Migration & Architecture Lead to support a major Oracle Fusion implementation. This role will be responsible for defining the data migration strategy, ensuring data quality, and designing the architecture required to successfully transition from legacy enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design data architecture for Oracle Fusion implementations and legacy system migrations.
• Lead data profiling, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Define migration approaches, data ownership, governance frameworks, and quality controls.
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure data readiness and successful delivery.
• Drive best practice data management throughout the programme lifecycle.

You will have:

• Proven experience delivering data architecture and migration solutions for Oracle Fusion programmes.
• Strong expertise in data profiling, cleansing, mapping, governance, and reconciliation.
• Experience working across finance, procurement, and related business data domains.
• The ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• A strong focus on data quality, controls, and governance.
