Job Description

The Head of Enterprise Platforms Delivery will be accountable for leading the delivery of technical initiatives while optimising Greenstone's technology partner ecosystem across to achieve cost and simplification goals.

Reporting to the General Manager - Enterprise Platforms, Cyber Security & Applied AI, you will be the program lead for selected enterprise technology initiatives, including risk transformation, role-based access control, AWS 3.0 and other strategic programs and additionally drive simplification, cost optimisation and commercial discipline across the partner base by strengthening vendor governance, sourcing arrangements, competitive solution reviews and procurement engagement.

What are we looking for?
  • 10+ years of experience in technology partner management, commercial management, procurement, sourcing, program delivery or technology operation
  • Demonstrated experience managing strategic technology vendors, commercial arrangements, contract renewals and supplier performance
  • Strong understanding of technology procurement, sourcing models, competitive solution reviews, commercial evaluation and vendor governance
  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives across multiple internal teams and external suppliers
  • Experience developing business cases, options papers, commercial recommendations, initiative roadmaps and executive reporting
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including cost optimisation, benefits tracking, budget management and contract value assessment
  • Ability to work effectively with Cyber Security, Cloud, Workplace Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Risk, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Product teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, resolve delivery blockers and align teams around clear outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments, structure complex problems and convert strategy into executable plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and evidence-based recommendations
  • Experience with cloud commercial models, AWS cost optimisation, managed service arrangements or cloud transformation programs
  • Experience supporting risk transformation, access management, identity governance, RBAC or cyber security uplift programs
  • Knowledge of technology contract structures, including statements of work, master services agreements, managed services, software licensing and professional services engagements
  • Relevant qualifications in procurement, commercial management, project management, technology, business or finance
