Oracle Delivery Lead

Role Overview

Lead the delivery of Oracle EBS and Cloud transformation programs, ensuring successful business, operational, and commercial outcomes. Act as a trusted client advisor while driving delivery excellence, account growth, and pursuit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP, Cloud, and upgrade programs.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide leadership across Oracle Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, and Inventory domains.
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic delivery advice.
• Lead or contribute to proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and pursuit activities.
• Identify opportunities for follow-on work, upselling, and account growth.
• Mentor teams and contribute to practice capability development.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading large Oracle transformation programs.
• Strong Oracle EBS and Supply Chain expertise.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications and/or OCI.
• Strong commercial, stakeholder, and delivery management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred

• Oracle Supply Chain Management
• Oracle Cloud
• SAP PLM integration experience
