Need a strong Application Developer that can create custom applications and integrate them into DB2 database and/or IBMi ERP environment.   MUST HAVE heavy trucking experience.

Someone with strong trucking, db2/ibmi/rpg, integration (api's REST, SOAP, JSON, Web Services) and application development skills

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is Preferred.

Required Skills:

•              5+ years of Java or Python or C++ development

•              3+ years of AI application development

•              AI development for a transportation company OR in an IBM i environment

•              Strong working experience developing integrations with API’s (i.e. OAuth. Rest, Soap, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

•              5 years of Python programming

•              2+ years of C++ programming

•              Integration experience with DB2 database

•              Experience developing applications specific to the trucking industry

•              SQL scripting/development experience

•              RAG development

•              Experience with NLP (natural language processing), deep learning, generative AI

•              Experience developing apps for Predictive Analytics

•              Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or other tools and frameworks for building and training neural networks

•              Docker or Kubernetes experience for deploying AI solutions
