The Role

• Drive sales generation for HVAC&R repair and modernization services in the Navy sector.
• Develop and manage client relationships across a portfolio of established equipment.
• Consult on technical solutions to enhance shipboard HVAC&R performance and mission assurance.
• Proactively identify and close new sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans to ensure sustained business expansion.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of progressive field sales experience, preferably in the defense or industrial sector.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in energy management and HVAC systems.
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers at key levels within organizations.
• Proficiency with U.S. Federal Government agency budgeting and contracting processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances.
