The Role

• Represent procurement interests within project teams and lead the development of project-specific purchasing strategies.
• Act as a central interface between material procurement and project management to coordinate activities and support the selection of subcontractors.
• Manage project-related procurement documentation, including contract templates and performance specifications, while ensuring compliance and preventing unauthorized purchasing.
• Oversee project controlling and reporting, identify optimization potential, and lead make-or-buy decision processes to mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adapt procurement strategies to changing project requirements.

What You'll Need

• A degree in a technical, business, or legal field with several years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent vocational training with extensive procurement expertise.
• Strong technical affinity and proficiency in enterprise resource planning software and standard office productivity tools.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A structured, proactive approach to work, combined with the resilience and willingness to travel as required by project demands.
