Senior UI/UX Designer

10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or User Experience Design.

Strong experience designing responsive and user-friendly web and mobile applications.

Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

Extensive experience creating wireframes, user flows, information architecture, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, user interviews, surveys, personas, journey maps, and user-centered design methodologies.

Experience translating business requirements and user needs into effective UX/UI solutions.

Strong knowledge of interaction design, visual design, typography, color theory, layout, accessibility, and responsive design principles.

Experience developing and maintaining design systems, UI component libraries, style guides, and design standards.

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web technologies to effectively collaborate with development teams.

Experience designing applications using responsive, mobile-first, and cross-platform design principles.

Strong understanding of WCAG, ADA, and accessibility standards.

Experience conducting usability testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and design validation.

Ability to analyze user feedback, product analytics, and research findings to improve the overall user experience.

Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong experience presenting design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.

Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from discovery and research through design, validation, and implementation.

Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.

Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Develop intuitive and visually consistent interfaces for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.

Translate complex business requirements into simple, effective, and user-friendly experiences.

Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.

Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented.

Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into iterative design improvements.

Ensure products meet accessibility, usability, branding, and responsive design standards.

Review implemented interfaces and work with developers to resolve UI/UX inconsistencies.

Present design solutions and communicate design decisions to stakeholders and leadership.

Establish UX best practices and contribute to improving the organization's overall design process.

Mentor junior and mid-level designers and provide guidance on UX/UI standards and methodologies.
