🚨 Hiring: UX Designer

📍 Waukesha, WI – Onsite
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
🏥 Healthcare experience preferred

Requires candidates local to Waukesha, WI or willing to relocate immediately and work onsite from Day 1 for the entire engagement.

Introduction

The UX Designer will play a crucial role in our team, working on creating user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience of our products. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research, testing, and iterate on designs to meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and interviews to understand user behaviors and needs
  • Perform usability testing and card sorting to validate design decisions
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas
  • Utilize tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for design work
  • Work in an Agile/Lean UX environment to iterate quickly on designs
  • Apply design thinking principles and information architecture to create intuitive user interfaces
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and tell compelling stories about the user experience

Requirements

Required:

  • Proven experience in UX research and user interviews
  • Demonstrated expertise in usability testing and card sorting
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools
  • Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of Agile/Lean UX methodologies
  • Understanding of design thinking and information architecture
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to tell stories through UX
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
