As a Team Captain at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you lead by example on the sales floor, driving performance in our Sport & Outdoor departments. You’ll coach and motivate teammates, deliver standout customer service, and connect athletes and outdoor enthusiasts with the right gear. Responsibilities include supporting daily store operations, merchandising, inventory recovery, and helping execute promotions.
