Senior Technical Support Engineer - AI-Native SaaS

Deputy is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Support team, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Sales to provide advanced technical support across the Deputy ecosystem and integrations.

You will be the final escalation point for complex issues, perform deep technical investigation, analyze platform behavior, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the support organization.
