About the Role
Client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled SAP Security, User Management & Production Support Specialist to join Client''s IT team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between the client, BOBM, Client, and SAP teams, owning identity and access governance while also providing frontline production support across a broad landscape of integrated business applications. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of security governance, operational support, and cross-functional coordination. What You''ll Do:
SAP Security & Identity Access Governance (IAG)
Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Identity & Access Governance initiatives, including end-to-end user management (provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications)
Design, build, and maintain role structures and authorization concepts aligned with segregation of duties (SoD) and least-privilege principles
Conduct periodic user access reviews (UAR) and certifications to ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Own security information and reporting, including access logs, authorization change tracking, and audit-ready documentation
Manage and troubleshoot complex authorization issues, working directly with Client and SAP technical teams to resolve role conflicts, missing authorizations, and access escalations
Serve as the primary point of coordination between the client, BOBM, Client, and SAP for all security and access governance matters
Production Support & Incident Management
Deliver Level 1 (L1) IT support for the BOBM application suite, acting as the first point of contact for user-reported issues
Log, triage, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests through SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), JIRA, and ServiceNow
Monitor incident queues and drive timely resolution by collaborating closely with Client production support teams
Escalate critical issues appropriately and communicate status updates to stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
Identify recurring issues and support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce future incident volume
Cross-Functional Application & Integration Support
Support HR application integrations, including SAP SuccessFactors and workforce management systems, from a security and access/troubleshooting standpoint
Support Finance-related interfaces and integrations, including Banking, Vertex (tax), General Ledger, Monex, and Blackline (financial close/reconciliation)
Support integrations across Master Data Management (MDM), Purchasing, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Warehouse functions
Partner with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot integration-related access and security issues
Training, Documentation & Enablement
Coordinate SAP training and certification tracking for the BOBM workstream
Organize and maintain job aids, quick-reference guides, and other end-user enablement materials
Schedule and help facilitate training sessions for BOBM users and stakeholders
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with cross-functional Client''s teams, Client, SAP, and other third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement sustainable solutions, and enhance system performance
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline security processes, access request workflows, and incident management procedures
Must be willing to work onsite 3+ days per week

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud security, Identity & Access Governance (IAG), role design, and user management
10+ years of experience driving end-to-end IT project management, including planning, execution, and delivering complex technology projects on time and withing scope
Familiarity with incident/ticket management tools such as SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), JIRA, and ServiceNow
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-service mindset
Working knowledge of SAP-integrated business functions such as HR (SuccessFactors), Finance (Banking, Vertex, GL, Blackline, Monex), MDM, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Warehouse operations
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working alongside systems integrators (e.g., Client) and SAP support teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production support environment
Willingness to work onsite 3+ days per week

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification(s) in Security, GRC, FICO, S/4HANA, or related modules
Experience in a manufacturing or automotive plant environment
Experience with cloud security frameworks and compliance/audit requirements
Prior experience supporting a greenfield or newly implemented S/4HANA Public Cloud instance
Project management or Agile/Scrum experience
Experience developing training materials, job aids, and coordinating certification tracking for large user populations
