Binaco is a supplier of promotional products in Brea, CA. We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales.

Build long-lasting strong customer relationships
Generate package labels using Worldship(UPS) and Shipmanager(FedEx)

Qualifications:
1-2 years of promotional products experience strongly preferred
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Able to provide in-depth knowledge of products and services and resolving problems
Proficient in Word, Excel
Entry level/Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Photography skills a plus
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of shipping software both UPS and FedEx
