Title: Director, Sr. Manager, Manager of Data Engineering

Location: Conshohocken PA 3 days onsite Per Week

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Snowflake (Most Important Requirement)

Candidate must have deep Snowflake experience.

Looking for someone who has:

• Built or significantly contributed to a Snowflake implementation from the ground up.
• Owned enterprise Snowflake architecture and strategy.
• Led Snowflake adoption, governance, scalability, and optimization efforts.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake data architecture and enterprise design patterns.
• NOT looking for candidates who simply used Snowflake as a reporting tool or wrote occasional queries.

DBT

Must have hands-on experience with:

• DBT (Data Build Tool)
• Building transformations
• Data modeling
• Development and maintenance of enterprise data models

Data Platform Architecture

Strong experience with:

• Enterprise data architecture
• Data platform ownership
• Data engineering leadership
• Data migrations
• Data governance
• Data distribution
• Enterprise data modeling
• Semantic layer design
• Data quality and lineage

Data Engineering & Data Movement

Must have experience designing and managing:

• Enterprise data pipelines
• Data movement strategies
• Internal and external data consumption
• Data sharing frameworks
• Data integration architecture

Experience with:

Managed File Transfer (MFT)

Governed SFTP environments

Snowflake Data Share

Data feeds to third parties

Secure data exchange platforms

AI & Self-Service Data
