The Role

• Provide essential roadside assistance and vehicle repairs to members, addressing a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues.
• Work autonomously, managing your own workload and ensuring efficient resolution of breakdowns.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, acting as a calm and confident ambassador for the brand.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and technical expertise to accurately identify and fix vehicle problems.
• Embrace a dynamic work environment with varied tasks, from complex diagnostics to routine maintenance.
• Maintain the a leading employer in this sector van, essential tools, and diagnostic equipment to the highest standards.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent, with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and adapt to changing scheduling.
• Ability to work shifts between 06:00 and 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Openness to travel and potential overnight stays when necessary.
