Required Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with enterprise Financials / ERP systems and the ability to operate independently in a complex implementation environment.

• Hands-on Workday Financial Management experience supporting implementation, testing, production support, or major lifecycle activities.

• Hands-on PeopleSoft Financials experience with the ability to understand legacy processes, terminology, data, and business rules.

• Experience supporting functional testing, defect analysis, issue resolution, data validation, reconciliation, and implementation documentation.

• Solid understanding of core accounting and Financials business processes, including general ledger, reconciliation, close, and financial reporting implications.

• Ability to translate technical or ERP concepts into clear business language for functional stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated self-starter who can manage priorities with limited supervision while collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct PeopleSoft Financials-to-Workday migration experience.

• Workday Financials certification, Workday Pro accreditation, or equivalent demonstrable implementation depth.

• Experience in multi-entity organizations where enterprise standards must accommodate distinct business units.

• Experience with governmental, tribal, public-sector, gaming, investment, or other complex organizational environments.

• Experience working alongside a third-party Workday system integrator in a client-side support capacity.

• Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning and/or Financial Data Model concepts is beneficial.
