The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of issues, including battery replacements, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Start and end your day from home, tackling roadside challenges. • Utilize provided a leading employer in this sector van, fuel card, uniform, tools, and diagnostic kit. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and think independently. • Adaptability to handle a variety of vehicle issues and member needs.
