United States-Operations Manager

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience managing supply operations, including earner onboarding, support, project coordination, and resolving operational issues.
• Strong SQL skills for analyzing operational data, tracking supply funnels, monitoring KPIs, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, SOPs, and scalable workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, and operational reporting.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and collaborate across teams.
