The Role

• Conduct outpatient diagnostics and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care, managing patients from admission through to discharge.
• Engage in conservative therapy and multimodal treatment for complex orthopedic cases.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nursing staff, and physical therapists.
• Actively participate in internal training and contribute to the development of orthopedic treatment concepts.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training as a General Surgeon (m/f/d) or a Surgical Specialist (m/f/d).
• A desire to focus on the care of orthopedic patients.
• Preferably, experience in treating orthopedic conditions and performing musculoskeletal surgeries.
• Demonstrated responsibility, dedication, and high professional competence.
• Strong teamwork, empathy, and effective communication skills with patients and colleagues.
