Job Description

Role Overview
Strengthen the systems, data, and insights behind a growing revenue organization. Partner closely with the Sales Operations Senior Lead to improve CRM operations, pipeline visibility, forecasting, reporting, and analysis that informs high-impact business decisions in a fast-moving remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Improve CRM data hygiene, workflow automation, reporting, and user support. Maintain pipeline quality and support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting. Build and enhance dashboards covering pipeline health, conversion, seller productivity, and quota attainment. Analyze sales trends, funnels, conversion rates, and cohort performance to identify opportunities and performance gaps. Improve forecasting models using historical data and predictive signals. Support implementation and adoption of sales tools, CRM pipelines, and operating processes.

Turn analysis into clear recommendations and business narratives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Address ad hoc analytical needs involving incentive modeling, lead generation, KPIs, and recruitment funnels. Qualifications
2 to 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related role. Skills in data analytics and business intelligence, CRM administration and optimization, sales operations and pipeline management, forecasting, and data modeling.

Hands-on experience with a modern CRM platform, preferably HubSpot, including CRM reports, dashboards, and workflows. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. SQL and/or BI tool experience, such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, is strongly preferred. Strong business judgment and the ability to connect operational metrics to revenue impact and business decisions. Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder presentation skills. Comfort working through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and problems without predefined solutions.

Preferred: advanced HubSpot proficiency or certification; forecasting, predictive analytics, or statistical modeling experience; and experience with sales incentives, quotas, KPI analysis, or cross-functional analytics in Marketing, Customer Success, Recruitment, or Business Operations. Work Terms
Full-time, remote role. The work focuses on ongoing analysis of sales trends, funnels, conversion rates, and cohort performance to surface performance gaps and improvement opportunities. Compensation
Listed compensation range: $100, 000 to $140, 000 per year.

The stated national base-salary range for this full-time position is $80, 000 to $100, 000 per year. Benefits include up to 100% reimbursement of health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, and additional benefits supporting a remote-first workforce. Eligibility
All employees are eligible for equity compensation. Performance-based bonuses may be available depending on role and company policies.
