Job Title: Workday Learning Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary lead for the Workday Learning workstream.
Support and guide the client's Learning team on daily operational activities.
Manage Workday Learning configurations, administration, and support activities.
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday Learning best practices.
Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders.
Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements.
Support ongoing learning initiatives, compliance training, and user adoption efforts.
Ensure seamless continuity of Learning operations during the interim assignment.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Learning.
Prior experience leading Workday Learning implementations, enhancements, or support engagements.
Deep understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) processes and best practices.
Ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday environments preferred.
