Systems Administrator (Storage) with Security Clearance

• Salary: $100,000 - 125,000 Overview:
• Manage and maintain enterprise storage environments (SAN).
• Provision and deprovision storage for servers and applications.
• Administer Dell storage systems, backups, VMware, Windows, and storage networking.
• Monitor storage performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize capacity.
• Perform software updates, hardware upgrades, and system tuning.
• Support disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Ensure systems remain compliant with STIGs and DoD security requirements.
• Generate storage utilization reports and identify future capacity concerns.
• Automate routine tasks through scripting.
• Manage LUNs, storage allocation, and SAN infrastructure. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Active Top Secret Clearance; eligible for SCI
• IAT II certification.
• 3-5+ years of SAN/Storage Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage environments, including storage provisioning, LUN management, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Dell storage solutions, Fibre Channel (FC), CIFS/NFS, SAN fabric switches, VMware, and Windows Server environments.
• Experience supporting backup and recovery technologies, including Dell Data Domain and Veritas NetBackup. • One of the following certifications (or willing to obtain):
• Dell Information Storage and Management Foundations
• or
• Dell PowerMax Maintenance NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Dell PowerMax, PowerScale, Midrange Storage Solutions, or VxBlock certifications.
• Scripting and automation experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale DoD enterprise environments.
