Haustechniker / Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Klimatechnik | Lensahn, Germany | On-site

A respected healthcare provider, known for its commitment to excellent patient care and its significant role in regional medical services, is seeking a skilled Technician to join its facilities management team. This organization is a significant employer in its area, offering a stable and supportive environment for its staff.

The Role

  • Conduct ongoing maintenance for sanitary, heating, and climate systems, adhering to relevant regulations.
  • Ensure legally compliant documentation of all work performed and assist with the upkeep of facility documentation in a CAFM system.
  • Collaborate effectively within the building services team across all areas of facility maintenance.
  • Provide expert support for construction and maintenance activities in other departments and for external contractors.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide essential support as needed.

What You'll Need

  • Completed apprenticeship as an HVAC technician, central heating and ventilation fitter, or a gas and water installer.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and strong IT skills; experience with CAFM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze technical issues and reliably resolve application difficulties.
  • A proactive, team-oriented, and service-driven approach to work, with readiness for further training.
  • Several years of professional experience and a valid driver's license (Class B).
