Why this role exists

Trackier is looking for a Customer Success Professional to manage and grow SMB and mid-market accounts across its Performance Marketing solutions. The role combines customer relationship management, commercial ownership, and AdTech expertise to drive retention, identify growth opportunities, optimize campaign performance, and build long-term customer partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of SMB and mid-market accounts, managing customer relationships throughout the ongoing account lifecycle.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, acting as the primary point of contact for account-related matters.
  • Drive customer retention and account growth by understanding business goals, monitoring account health, and proactively addressing churn risks.
  • Identify and pursue upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to evaluate performance, discuss business outcomes, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Help customers optimize their use of Trackier's platform for performance-based campaigns, traffic management, tracking, attribution, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Analyze account performance, campaign data, and customer usage patterns to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve customer concerns, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of account-related issues.
  • Understand customers' technical environments and work with relevant internal teams to address queries involving APIs, postbacks, tracking flows, and attribution.
  • Manage commercial discussions, renewals, and expansion opportunities while maintaining accurate account plans, revenue forecasts, and customer records in the CRM.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • B.Tech/BE degree is mandatory.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of existing customers, with a clear understanding of customer retention, renewals, account growth, and churn prevention.
  • Strong relationship-management and consultative communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to connect product capabilities with customer objectives and business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and hands-on familiarity with tools such as Postman to understand API requests, responses, and common integration-related queries.
  • Understanding of tracking mechanisms, postbacks, attribution, and performance-based campaigns, with the ability to coordinate technical queries with relevant teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign or account data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and escalation-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong ownership, a proactive approach to customer engagement, and a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Edges that help

  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, performance/affiliate marketing, or attribution platforms, with familiarity with GTM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic web technologies.
  • Exposure to e-commerce, travel, media, or digital marketing clients, along with CRM tools, account-health tracking, renewals, and customer performance reporting.
  • Experience managing international clients across time zones, with willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Benefit from comprehensive medical insurance coverage.
  • Enjoy attractive reimbursement policies within a supportive and nurturing workplace.
  • Experience a five-day workweek culture supported by a collaborative and development-focused team.
  • Continuous learning opportunities with clear avenues for career growth and development.
  • Gain exposure to global customers, cross-functional teams, and large-scale SaaS products that solve real business challenges.
  • Take ownership of high-impact initiatives with the opportunity to influence product, customer success, and business outcomes.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth.
  • Receive competitive, industry-leading remuneration commensurate with experience and contributions.
