Project Manager (Cladding / Recladding / Façade)<br />Portishead | Long-term programme (circa 2 years)<br />Long-term Freelance Contract or Permanent<br />The Opportunity<br />We’re looking for a Project Manager, or a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager already operating at, or ready to step into, Project Manager level, to lead recladding works across two large luxury residential blocks.<br />This is a long-term opportunity to take ownership of a significant façade package on a technically challenging, live project.<br />The Role

• Lead delivery of recladding / façade works across two multi-storey buildings
• Take ownership of programme, quality and overall delivery
• Manage cladding subcontractors and coordinate with client and commercial teams
• Oversee installation including:
• Cladding systems
• Substructure, insulation and fire-rated components
• Work within a live / occupied residential environment
• Drive QA, compliance, safety and build quality
• Lead coordination beyond site delivery, including programme and commercial interfaces<br />What We’re Looking For<br />Essential:
• Experience delivering cladding / façade / recladding works
• Strong understanding of external envelope systems and installation
• Experience on multi-storey projects
• Confident managing subcontractors and taking ownership of delivery
• Strong QA and quality focus<br />Desirable:
• Experience stepping beyond site management into programme or commercial coordination
• Remediation, retrofit or fire compliance experience
• Experience working in live / occupied environments<br />What You’ll Get
