Supply Chain Analyst IV

Summary:
Hands-on, tactical and operational role supporting end-to-end supply planning and product availability for consumer electronics programs. Focused on supply and demand balancing, purchase order execution, shipment tracking, and daily allocation, in support of the supply planners who own the portfolios. Success looks like clean execution under changing priorities, fast troubleshooting, and disciplined, repeatable processes.

Requirements:
Balance supply against demand across programs and channels; update total supply allocation daily based on inbound freight actuals and the supply projection model.
Execute weekly purchase order release and troubleshoot order and commit issues on a timely basis
Support the ex-factory and supply commit processes with contract manufacturing sites
Review inbound freight to confirm receipt of supply at each DC; track shipments end to end and drive resolution of discrepancies
Upload allocation information and factory commits into Oracle Fusion on a scheduled basis
Support the weekly tactical S&OP process by preparing data and inputs for cross-functional teams
Help create and maintain inventory plans for finished goods across regional DCs
Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reporting; track supply chain KPIs for the portfolio
Identify supply issues and support communication, escalation, and coordination of resolution
Build strong working relationships with XFN partners: supply planners, freight, procurement, CE, and contract manufacturing
Document and help streamline existing processes

Required Skills:
Direct supply chain planning experience, hands-on in tactical and operational work: PO execution, shipment tracking, ex-factory and commit support Demonstrated ability to balance supply and demand across multiple programs at once Excellent with spreadsheets in general, including expert-level Excel and Google Sheets (large datasets, pivots, lookups, no hand-holding).
Systems experience with o9 and Oracle Fusion; understanding of ERP planning, order management, allocation, and fulfillment
Dashboard and ad hoc reporting experience; Tableau or similar BI tools a plus
Experience using AI tools and incorporating them into analysis and reporting workflows
Strong troubleshooting and discrepancy-resolution ability
Process-driven and detail-oriented; able to multitask and hold quality under shifting priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ownership mindset with the ability to see tasks through to completion
Independent self-starter who can operate with minimal direction

Preferred:
Consumer electronics industry experience, ideally AR/VR
Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and 3PL warehouses

Must hard Skils:
6+ years hands-on supply chain planning/execution (PO execution, shipment tracking, commit support)
o9 and Oracle Fusion: ERP planning, order management, allocation, fulfillment
Expert Excel and Google Sheets: large datasets, pivots, lookups, unsupervised and reporting/dashboards (Tableau or similar a plus); comfort using AI tools in analysis workflows

Goods to have Skils:
Consumer electronics experience, ideally AR/VR

Candidate Disqualifiers:
Team experience high volume of Supply Chain Managers that were significantly overqualified for this role. Team looking for more technical analysts.
Additionally, any logistics background/profiles are not a good fit for this role.
