Sr. Technical Project Manager

Software Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for a Sr. Technical Project Manager with a major corporation in Orlando, FL. Onsite 2 days per week; subject to change.

As Senior Project Lead within the Technology and Experiences organization this role will support the AI Team, (This program serves as the driving force behind the Experiences segment AI strategy and initiatives), enabling prioritization of highest-value AI use cases, as well as design and execution of use cases across all lines of business the centrally managed infrastructure driving the Experiences segment''s Generative AI (GenAI) strategy. The Platform will delivery reusable application tools, LLM infrastructure, agent frameworks, and data pipelines that accelerate prioritized GenAI use cases into production.

Basic Qualifications:

• Executive presence: Able to translate technical/operational detail into "executive talk " and back — a named qualification in the posting — so leadership gets decisions, not data dumps.
• Structured communicator: Strong hands-on documentation discipline (status decks, risk/issue logs) paired with storytelling skill, so complex, multi-workstream programs stay legible to stakeholders.
• Financial and Resource Fluency: Comfortable owning budgets, staffing plans, and milestone tracking end-to-end — not just reporting status, but making trade-off calls when scope, cost, or schedule conflict.
• Scenario-Planning Mindset: Comfortable running "what-if " analysis at key decision points and presenting options with trade-offs, rather than a single recommendation.
• Structured Communicator: Strong hands-on documentation discipline (status decks, risk/issue logs) paired with storytelling skill, so complex, multi-workstream programs stay legible to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Influence without authority: The role spans Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise — success depends on aligning stakeholders across lines of business who don''t report to this role.
• Risk Instinct: Spots emerging risk early and escalates before it becomes a delivery problem — this is called out explicitly as a focus area, so judgment on when to escalate (vs. absorb) matters as much as detection.
• Flexibility and Availability: The posting requires working across both coasts, so time-zone adaptability is a practical success factor, not just a nice-to-have.
