The Role

• Conduct cross-site operational purchasing activities for assigned product groups, including documentation.
• Ensure material availability for the product groups under your responsibility.
• Review request documents, such as specifications and drawings, for completeness and plausibility.
• Proactively communicate and negotiate with suppliers regarding dates, prices, and other operational purchasing matters.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on operational purchasing topics.
• Maintain operational purchasing master data within SAP.

What You'll Need

• Commercial vocational training and several years of experience in the operational purchasing of technical products.
• Proficiency in SAP MM and standard MS Office applications.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Solid technical understanding.
• Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, alongside initiative.
