Job Description
Role: .Net Programmer
Location: Columbus, Ohio, Hybrid, onsite every 3rd day
Interview: in-person
Requirement Description:
The selected Consultants will work closely with the designated IT Supervisor, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Developers and other Developers in an Agile development environment. The work scope of the consultant will include requirements gathering, application design, application development, application testing, creating presentations, demoing changes, deploying changes and providing technical customer support.
The Consultants, working with staff, will be responsible for new development and/or rewriting legacy applications to .NET applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, SQL Server, as well as a strong understanding of modern development practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
The new applications will implement an N-tier architecture and comply with coding standards.
During the interview process with the staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resources experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offerors proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance. Resources will have a background check conducted by Isoft.

Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language.

Provides technical guidance and mentoring to technical staff.
