Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a servant leader to 1–2 cross-functional Scrum teams
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
• Remove blockers and proactively manage dependencies across teams
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
• Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar

Ecommerce Execution

• Drive delivery of ecommerce initiatives such as product catalog, checkout, payments, promotions, personalization, and order management
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria
• Ensure timely and high-quality releases aligned with seasonal retail cycles

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles in ecommerce environments
• 2+ years of project management experience i
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and customer journeys
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in retail or fashion or ecommerce
