Product Owner / Scrum Master- AI Focus - Onsite in TX

Must have RAG, SQL, Python, SnowFalke

·        Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

·        Apply coding skills when useful to support analysis, automation, visualization, or technical understanding.

·        Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve team efficiency, automate routine tasks, and enhance analysis and communication.

·        Use Power BI to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics.

·        Coach and mentor teams on Scrum practices, Agile principles, and self-organization.

·        Partner with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery planning.

·        Identify, track, and help remove impediments that affect team performance or delivery.

·        Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.

·        Provide regular status reporting, metrics, and insights to stakeholders.

·        Collaborate with technical teams to support discussions around implementation, dependencies, and delivery risks.

·        Support Agile transformation efforts through training, coaching, and practical guidance.

·        Help bridge communication between business, product, and technical stakeholders.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

·        5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or similar role in a software development environment.

·        Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

·        Strong Excel analytical skills, including the ability to work with data, metrics, and reporting to drive decision-making.

·        Practical experience using AI tools across platforms to improve productivity, workflow, and analysis.

·        Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization.

·        Coding skills in one or more languages or scripting environments preferred.

·        Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM preferred.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·        Proven ability to build relationships, foster teamwork, and influence without authority.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

·        Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
