JD:

• 8+ years of IT experience with a strong background in Azure Support, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Cloud Operations.
• Act as the primary customer advocate, managing Azure support escalations, onboarding, customer relationships, and issue resolution.
• Provide Azure advisory support on cloud migration, architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, and best practices while collaborating with Microsoft engineering and support teams.
• Strong understanding of Azure platform, cloud computing, Windows Server, networking (DNS, NAT, VPN, Load Balancing), virtualization, and SQL Server/Azure.
• Knowledge of .NET, C#/VB/C++, Visual Studio, ALM, SOA, distributed applications, and cloud-based application development is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and support enterprise customers across global time zones.
