Electrical Engineer

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with experience working with control panel based equipment, process machinery, automation systems, or production machinery.We're working with a global engineering organisation seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their Projects Team. • Be the subject matter experience for all electrical aspects of multiple engineering projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales, specifications and budgets.
• Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and project documentation, including control philosophies and equipment schedules working closely with the suppliers.
• Specify and procure control panels, instrumentation and electrical equipment while managing supplier performance.
• Support factory acceptance testing (FAT), commissioning, troubleshooting and site activities across customer and supplier locations.
• Work closely with project managers, sales teams and subcontractors on quotations/bid/costings.

Electrical EngineerExperience / Skills / Qualifications:

• HNC/HND or Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience delivering electrical engineering projects within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of electrical schematics, UK electrical standards and instrumentation.
• Confident communicator and capable of being customer/supplier facing
• Experience working with control systems/control panels
