The Role

• Work part-time during early morning shifts (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
• Provide direct care and enhance the daily lives of residents
• Perform classic nursing duties including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and colleagues
• Provide professional and personal guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns
• Contribute creatively to the daily routines and activities

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse (RN)
• Alternatively, other completed vocational training in elderly or general nursing
• A high degree of empathy and a respectful approach to collaboration
• A passion for providing excellent care and enriching the lives of residents
