We are seeking dedicated professionals to join a leading national healthcare provider dedicated to exceptional psychosomatic and psychiatric care. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the establishment and growth of a new child and adolescent psychiatric unit, offering a broad spectrum of high-level treatment in a renowned facility.

The Role

• Organize and structure the daily clinical routine to ensure smooth operations for patients and the team.
• Engage in co-therapeutic conversations, building upon individual and group therapy sessions to advance the therapeutic process.
• Provide front-line support during crisis intervention, offering competent assistance to ensure stability and safety.
• Lead therapy groups focused on relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, and skill training to promote patient development.
• Contribute to the development of a new 20-bed unit for children and adolescents aged 12-18, working in shifts.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Educator, Residential Care Worker, or Special Needs Educator (m/f/d).
• Ideally, experience in psychiatry or residential care settings for individuals in group homes, though not mandatory.
• Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a passion for working with young people.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach when interacting with patients and their guardians.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and interest in professional development.
