Job Description

We are SMRS

We're a global brand, culture and communications business that believes opportunity should be open to all.

We open doors for people, ideas and organisations ready to change for the better. We think bigger, challenge assumptions and bring our personalities and collective thinking to every project. We're committed to making a positive impact through our work, our culture and the world we're helping to shape.

What you'll be doing

You'll bring ideas to life through exceptional execution across digital, print and motion content. Working from established creative concepts, brand guidelines and client briefs, you'll create polished, accurate and engaging assets that maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.

A key part of our brand and content team, you’ll produce presentation decks, tenders, social content, marketing collateral and motion assets. This will involve:

·    creating high-quality artwork and production-ready assets across digital, print and presentation formats

·    producing impactful PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks and client-facing documents

·    designing and formatting long-form content, including brochures, guides and tenders

·    creating and editing motion graphics, animations and video content for digital campaigns, social media and client communications

·    applying client brand guidelines accurately across all deliverables

·    ensuring artwork is technically accurate, accessible and prepared correctly for its intended output

·    working closely with our Content Creators, Designers and Brand Strategists to deliver integrated campaign assets

·    managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.

You'll be a Leader of Self

You take ownership of your work and deliver to a high standard. You stay curious, build your skills and look for ways to improve how things are done. You're proactive, adaptable and focused on making a positive contribution to both the work and the people around you.

We're looking for an experienced creative artworker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality work across different formats and channels. You'll need:

·    advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat

·    strong PowerPoint design and presentation-building skills

·    the ability to create and edit video content using Premiere Pro or similar software

·    experience creating motion graphics and animations in After Effects or similar tools

·    excellent desktop publishing, typography and editorial layout skills

·    a keen eye for detail, consistency and quality control

·    experience producing assets across print and digital channels

·    the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work, even when things get busy.

Please include a link to your portfolio with your application. We'd love to see relevant examples of your work across areas such as digital, print, presentations, motion graphics, animation or video content.

In return, you'll be joining a flexible, supportive and values-led business where you'll have the space to do your best work alongside talented and passionate colleagues. You'll benefit from hybrid working, 30 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, a positive and inclusive culture, and the opportunity to contribute to work with real purpose and impact.

Salary: £30,000 to £33,000
