Job Title: Maximo AMS Support Executive

Role Description

• Execute enhancement activities for a high-complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons.
• Take a hands-on approach with an agile mindset to drive design and implementation of epics in close collaboration with internal and third-party stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients and other teams for decision-making.
• Review and report compliance with delivery milestones and plan ahead for subsequent quarters.
• Provide status reporting to the client and TCS management on project activities.

Essential Skills

1. Maximo implementation, upgrade, and support experience with Maximo 7.6 or higher.
2. Experience implementing Maximo 7.6 or higher end-to-end, preferably for a manufacturing customer.
3. Hands-on experience with MAS 8/9 and certification preferred.
4. Knowledge of the following Maximo add-ons and related technologies:
• Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or higher
• MAS Health Monitor
• MAS Predict / MRIO (preferred)
• DB2 Database
5. Hands-on experience with the Azure DevOps platform.
6. Experience with end-to-end Maximo implementation for manufacturing customers.
7. Experience conducting requirements, design, and acceptance workshops for rail customers.
8. Experience conducting Maximo training for manufacturing customers.
9. Knowledge of infrastructure planning, including middleware, databases, servers, etc.
