Job Description

We're looking for a lead technical professional to design, build, and support high-impact enterprise applications.
 
Location: Lansing, MI (Local candidates within 100 miles)
 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite — Mon/Tue mandatory from Day 1)
 
Interview Process: MS Teams Video (Camera ON) $\rightarrow$ In-Person 2nd Round
 
Role Overview
Serve as both a Lead Architect and Hands-on Developer. You will drive system design, data architecture, integrations, and application releases while ensuring high-availability support for enterprise systems.
 
Top Skills & Key Requirements
  • Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (5+ Yrs): Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages/Portals.
  • Architecture & Data (3+ Yrs): Enterprise system architecture, data modeling, API design, and system integrations.
  • Azure & DevOps (5+ Yrs): MS Azure platform, Azure DevOps, and managing CI/CD release pipelines.
  • Technical Support (5+ Yrs): Application, network/infrastructure support, and technical customer service analysis.
Mandatory Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
Education & Application Notes
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or equivalent practical experience
