Job Title: System Engineer – Intune / Active Directory Administrator

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Experience: 7+ Years

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Azure Administration. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting enterprise endpoint management systems, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory administration.

  • Experience with Azure Administration and Azure Admin Portal.

  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).

  • Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and administration skills.

  • Experience building and deploying application packages through Intune.

  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office 365 support.

  • Windows Server Administration (2012–2019).

  • ServiceNow ticketing system.

  • Endpoint security, patch management, and device compliance.

  • Laptop, desktop, printer, and mobile device troubleshooting.

  • Android and iOS device management.

  • Basic networking, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and connectivity troubleshooting.

  • Documentation, incident management, and escalation handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and endpoint management environments.

  • Manage user identities, devices, and access through Entra ID and Active Directory.

  • Package, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise applications.

  • Support Windows endpoints and mobile devices.

  • Resolve escalated technical issues and ServiceNow incidents.

  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and Teams administration.

  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and knowledge articles.
