Someone reliable and out-going so that tasks are complete, ensuring all guests have a memorable experience. Your role will come with various responsibilities which will make your department run smoothly.

The Person:

Successful candidates for the position of Front of House Multi-Skilled Receptionist will be able to work as a team but also work by themselves, communicate with there team but also other team members around the hotel. Handling situations in a polite and professional manner to suit guests needs.
