Senior Programmer - New Zealand

About the Company

ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Senior Programmer to join a major infrastructure company delivering large projects in Wellington . The role sits within a project controls team, focusing on planning and scheduling for major civil projects.

Main Duties

• Lead and maintain project programmes and schedules for infrastructure projects.
• Track project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Support earned value management (EVM) and reporting.
• Assist with schedule risk analysis and forecasting.
• Work closely with project teams to keep plans accurate.
• Support 4D planning and coordination work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience working on infrastructure or major projects.
• Strong skills in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.
• Good understanding of EVM and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Experience with 4D planning tools such as Synchro 4D or Asta.
• Strong communication and thinking skills.
