Java Developer(Final round in person)

Job Title: Java Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 days/week onsite

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our technology team and contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Microservices, along with solid knowledge of relational databases and modern Java development tools.
The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java.
• Develop robust and scalable applications using Spring Boot and related Java frameworks.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and maintain event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external services.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable Java code.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Work with relational databases to design queries, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve application performance, reliability, and production issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation and application design discussions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay current with emerging Java technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
