NodeJS Developer(Final round in person)

Job Title: NodeJS Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 days/week onsite

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced NodeJS Developer to join our technology team and contribute to the design, development, testing, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing backend applications and APIs using Node.js, with a solid understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript development, microservices, databases, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices.
The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating with developers, architects, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
• Develop robust and reusable services, APIs, and backend components.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
• Develop scalable and reliable applications using modern Node.js frameworks and libraries.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in application design, architecture, and technical discussions.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation and development standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and development practices to improve application performance and maintainability.
