Description
This contract position is based in the Pensacola, FL area and offers a hybrid work model. 
The role involves managing mortgage assumption processes, including document verification and member communication.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound member calls and communications.
Send document packages and obtain required documentation for assumption applications.
Coordinate the assumption process from origination to disposition, ensuring timely submissions.
Communicate with members and external parties regarding documentation and loan progress.
Analyze and resolve discrepancies related to member accounts and loans.
Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in mortgage processing or related field.
Working knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Basic research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desired: Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
