Spezialist Supplier Quality | Munich, Germany | Hybrid

The Role
- Responsible for planning and conducting supplier meetings and audits for quality assessment, selection, approval, and development of suppliers.
- Independently negotiate and agree on overarching quality assurance agreements and complex QA specifications with suppliers.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of all necessary measures for supplier selection, managing the supplier portal including assessment and approval.
- Develop and continuously enhance strategic QA specifications.
- Manage and consolidate product groups or projects from a supplier development perspective, including internal and external escalation management.
- Prepare supplier risk classifications based on defined QM assessment criteria and conduct them in collaboration with Supplier Quality.
- Coordinate internal and external corrective actions, track their implementation, and conduct supplier acceptance and initial sample inspections.
- Define and monitor quality measures when relocating assemblies to other suppliers.
- Train and instruct employees and suppliers on quality-related topics.
What You'll Need
- Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification with long-standing relevant professional experience.
- Completed additional training as a QM Auditor is required; further relevant qualifications are advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing techniques and practical experience with QM management tools (e.g., FMEA, 8D method).
- Good IT skills, particularly with common applications (MS-Office, SAP/R3, Babtec, CAQ).
- Negotiating proficiency in English, high willingness to travel, and strong negotiation and assertiveness skills.
