Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Communications for trainees and other stakeholders
- Updating and distributing training reports
- Scheduling/invitations/LMS registration for each trainee
- Compile data for training improvements and reporting
- Ensuring all materials are ready for each class
- Prepare, print, collate, order and receive training materials as needed
- Ensuring rooms are setup per program needs
- Ensuring technology in room is enabled and ready prior to session.
- Creating and following up with catering orders for classes (Lunch order)
- Managing training records of program based on attendance
- Supporting program evaluation collection and analysis
- Managing training sample product inventory
- Performing additional operational duties as requested
- Supporting Training Center operations by managing of training sample products and general quality of facility
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Have Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and works with a sense of urgency
- Motivated to learn and work hard in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment enjoys creating structure where there may be none
- Customer-service oriented must be able to professionally and tactfully interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with an ability to demonstrate influence without direct authority
- Proactive and solutions-oriented; have strong problem-solving skills
- Independent and can take charge of responsibilities, but not afraid to ask for guidance when needed
- Strong time and priority management skills able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent and competing deadlines
