Who We Want

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation, bidding and cost management, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts.

In order to be successful you must have an understanding of project life cycles, technical construction blueprints and other project documents as well as skilled trades.

Professionalism, thoroughness and reliability along with the ability to work well and communicate with multiple parties are also crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
  • Ensure all aspects of the project plan is moving forward to meet deadlines
  • Responsible for RFIs, submittals and change order requests
  • Processes owner billings and assist with project related budget needs
  • 1 - 3 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
