Job Description

Would you like to turn your ideas into useful and meaningful technologies? Whether in Mobility Solutions, Consumer Goods, Industrial Technology or Energy and Building Technology - with us you will improve the quality of life of people all over the world. Welcome to Bosch.

Shape the future of HR and Business with us! We are looking for master’s graduates with entrepreneurial thinking and a drive to make a difference, who want to take on responsibility and prepare for a career in HR or commercial management in our Junior Managers Program. Do you think business-mindedly, act with a people-oriented perspective, and want to develop sustainable solutions for Bosch? Then we want to hear from you.

Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will combine HR and commercial rotations in Germany and abroad, work on strategically relevant projects, and build a comprehensive understanding of how people, organization, and business success interact. Depending on your profile and development goals, you will gain insights into areas such as HR Strategy, Digitalization, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, and Organizational Development, as well as Controlling, Finance, or Business Development. Your mission: connect business-driven decisions with a strong people perspective.

You won't just supportβ€”you will shape, decide, and take on responsibility. You will bring in your own ideas and experience firsthand how financial steering, transformation, and effective HR work interact. This way, you will develop a broad understanding of our business and purposefully prepare for your future career in commercial or HR management.

What you will learn and develop with us:

  • You will learn how a global technology company is steered and how people strategy, finance, markets, processes, and organization collectively contribute to business success.

  • You will actively shape strategic and operational projects, for example in the areas of restructuring and M&A, employer branding, performance management, or digitalization.

  • You will take ownership of your own work packages or projects, prepare executive management decisions, and implement sustainable improvements together with international and local teams.

  • You will develop your personal career profile through deliberately combined HR and business rotations, regular feedback, and guidance from your personal executive-level mentor.

Your academic foundation:

You have graduated with an outstanding full-time Master's degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, or a related field of study. Ideally, you combine a commercial focus with a strong interest in people and organizational topics. Perhaps you already bring an MBA, a PhD, or initial relevant work experience.

Qualifications

Your passion for Business & People:

You do not want to look at commercial relationships in isolation, but want to understand how strategy, organization, and people create impact together. Initial practical experience in at least one of the fields of HR, Controlling, Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Strategy, or Business Development is required.

Your eye for the bigger picture:

You think entrepreneurially, recognize connections across functional boundaries, and can derive clear options for action from data, market requirements, and employee perspectives.

Your understanding of human-centric leadership:

You can inspire people, approach others openly, and build trusting relationships. You are convinced that sustainable performance is created through clear goals, collaboration, and the development of people.

You think strategically and shape the future:

You challenge existing processes, develop sustainable solutions, and drive topics forward from analysis to implementation. You view digitalization, transformation, and new business models as opportunities that you want to actively help shape.

Your career ambition:

You want to take on responsibility and develop into a leader over the long term. You are open to various career paths, for example in HR Management, in an HR Business Partner role, in Controlling, in Strategy, or in another commercial function.

Your continuous development:

You are curious, learn quickly, and actively use new tasks, perspectives, and feedback for your personal growth. Moving between HR and business contexts motivates you and consciously broadens your profile.

Your language proficiency:

You communicate fluently in English (negotiation level) and ideally possess good German language skills. You have already gained at least three months of international experience and are open to a rotation in an international environment.

  • Mentoring & Sponsoring: An executive-level mentor will accompany you on your journey, actively support your development, and open doors for your next career steps with us.

  • A culture of belonging: From day one, you will become part of a global community of trainees from diverse backgrounds and locations. Build authentic connections beyond formal projects through virtual hangouts, local meetups, or our (global) trainee summits.

  • Flexible & hybrid working: We trust you to manage your work in a way that fits your life, with a flexible start date and a permanent employment contract. We offer a hybrid model that combines office and remote collaboration.

  • Continuous learning: Benefit from up to 6 rotations across different departments, including an international rotation, supported by a generous budget for your professional development (courses, certifications, and conferences).
