We are seeking a dedicated Senior Physician specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychosomatics to join a leading German clinic renowned for its comprehensive psychosomatic treatment programs. This is an opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment, contributing to the advancement of care for young patients.

The Role

• Assume leadership responsibilities for the psychosomatic youth station with a view to long-term full specialist leadership.
• Oversee and guide clinical processes and the comprehensive psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents.
• Provide specialist representation for the Chief Physician in the role of Senior Physician.
• Contribute significantly to the further development of the station's treatment programs.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or in the 4th year of training as an assistant physician in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Advanced or completed further training in psychotherapy.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience or willingness to be trained in leadership functions.
• A commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
