Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Senior Software Developer to serve as a highly experienced development resource responsible for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and supporting enterprise applications across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will be well-rounded in modern development technologies, including Azure Pipelines, React, Redux, Redis, Axios, Node.js, C#, .NET technologies, ASP.NET development, Microsoft SQL Server, and enterprise data modeling. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to peers and junior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop enterprise application solutions.
• Perform project technical planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support activities.
• Recommend software reusability guidelines and development standards.
• Plan and conduct mentorship activities for peers and junior team members through technical instruction and documentation.
• Develop applications using Azure, C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Redux, Redis, Axios, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft SQL Server database solutions, including stored procedures, functions, tables, views, and other database objects.
• Perform system testing and create testing documentation.
• Create technical documentation describing application functionality, testing methods, and business and functional process flows.
• Develop simple and complex reports, including HTML-based solutions as needed.
• Perform unit testing and validate development deliverables.
• Contribute to multiple application initiatives and projects as assigned.
• Utilize version control tools including Git and GitHub.
• Participate in Azure Pipeline deployment and CI/CD activities.
• Assist with manual QA testing activities and support application validation efforts.
• Provide recommendations on new technologies, tools, and development approaches.
• Work effectively with application managers, project teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree required.
• 7 years of experience in solutions design, project technical planning, analysis and design, communication, testing, and implementation required.
• 7 years of experience recommending software reusability guidelines and development standards required.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server databases required.
• Experience with manual QA testing processes required.
• Experience with Azure, C#, .NET Framework 4.1 through current versions, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Node.js, Azure Pipelines, React, Redux, Redis, Axios, JSON, APIs, Git, and GitHub required.
• Experience performing system testing and technical documentation creation required.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required.

Highly Desired Skills:

• Experience with Enterprise Data Modeling highly desired.
• Experience with MS SQL Developer highly desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio or other diagramming tools highly desired.
• Experience with .NET Core 6, .NET Core 8, and newer .NET technologies highly desired.
• Experience with WinForms development highly desired.
• Experience with Knockout JavaScript framework highly desired.
